I never spoke to an employee but they handled my order perfectly! I received an email stating they received my order. It was delivered in the timeframe i requested. I receieved an email regarding that. The item was correct and beautiful!! (LED rose) It was in a nice gift bag with a card attached to the bag. Which was great so the recipient didnt have to wonder who the gift came from. And the note had written exactly what I requested online. It was a surprise delivery for the recipient 's birthday (at their job). Thankfully, the recipient was NOT contacted regarding the delivery location, etc. It WAS an EXACT surprise which was PERFECT!!! I dont see how they could have done any better. It was wonderful!!! Thank you to all those who were involved with my order and delivery. I appreciate it!!
